A Warm Welcome From

Jess Mills and Emma Lawton

Hello, and welcome to our school website. We are delighted that you have taken the time to find out a little more about our school situated in the heart of St Agnes village on the beautiful north Cornish coast.

We may be biased, but we think that our school is a special place to grow and learn. Our aim is simply to be a great school. Using the considerable talents of our dedicated staff, families and other adults in our community, we support and challenge our pupils to think for themselves, do their very best and make a meaningful contribution to their world.

We embrace our Trust’s Core Shared Values of Strength, Wisdom, and Courage to help us aim high in all that we do. Our Trust Philosophy of ‘work hard, be honest & help others’ sets our pupils on a highway to success; a journey that we know will be different for each and every one of us.

Our website will give you a peek at what life is like for our pupils and colleagues at St Agnes Academy, but we would also love for you to visit our school and see our pupils ‘flying high’ for yourself.

If you would like to visit, or if you have any queries, please contact our school office team on 01872 552648 or drop us an email to stagnes@kernowlearning.co.uk.

Our Ethos & Values

At St Agnes Academy, we promote and celebrate positive behaviour and our children’s many achievements through a shared understanding of our school values:

Courage, Joy, Kindness, Responsibility, Perseverance

We work hard to ensure that our children are safe, secure, and part of a friendly caring community where all feel valued and care for each other. We want our children to be happy and excited about coming to school. We aim for our pupils to thrive and develop the skills they need for life-long learning, as well as to make a meaningful contribution to the world in which we live.

We aim for the highest standards and aspirations at all times. When our children leave us we want them to recognise and believe that, with courage and perseverance, anything is within their reach.
